Material & Washing Directions:
- 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex
- We recommend washing the t-shirt on a cold machine setting, inside-out, and hanging it to dry
- Some shrinkage might occur after washing
Shipping
- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 2000.
- We charge Rs.195 on all orders under the value of Rs.2,000.
- Orders placed by 4:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the next day.
- Orders received after 4:00 pm on a particular day will be picked up for delivery the next day and will be dispatched the second day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
- We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.
Returns Policy
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will not be accepted
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@jymwulf.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
